It is getting to be the time of year that I begin working on the statements for the 2012 maintenance fees. Before I send everything out, I would like to have updates to your information. Please send me changes to the following:

Address Change

Phone Change
Also, if you no longer own the property, please let me know to whom it was sold and when and whether or not you used a title company for the sale. Thanks ever so much for helping me out.
